Janet joined the Barnstable Land Trust as Executive Director in 2017 and is thrilled to be back home on the Cape. She has worked for non-profit organizations for 30 years, with a focus on smart growth and community development, and energy and environmental policy and practice. Her previous leadership roles include the Marion Institute and of the Philadelphia-area Green Building Council and 10,000 Friends of Pennsylvania. Janet has a BA from Wesleyan University, a Master in Public Affairs from Princeton University and was a Fulbright Scholar in Germany. Her passion for nature and New England drive her at work and play.
