Kathleen has over forty years experience in real estate law specializing in title and conveyancing and the representation of cities and towns in the acquisition and protection of open space and development of affordable housing. She is a past president of The Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts and The Abstract Club. Kathleen also served on the MLTC Board and was a longtime member of the Steering Committee of the Community Preservation Coalition. In her town of Milton, she serves on the Zoning Board of Appeals and the Community Preservation Committee. Kathleen is a graduate of Boston College and the University of Miami School of Law.
