There are 30 exhibitor spots open for the March 2017 Conference. The conference theme, “Scaling Up: Meeting New Challenges” provides an exciting backdrop for exhibitors concerned with the sustainability of our communities today and for future generations. At the 2017 conference, exhibitors will benefit from a raffle driven “exhibitor passport” to increase exhibit area traffic.

The 2016 Mass Land Conservation Conference (MLCC) offered 36 workshops, attracted over 500 members of the land conservation community and featured 36 exhibits.

Mass Land Conservation Conference Exhibitor Policy

Exhibitor space for the Mass Land Conservation Conference (MLCC) is limited. All spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Organizations with land conservation or environmental missions have priority. The Exhibitor Registration form is available herePlease note: You must register separately for the conference at www.massland.org/conference in late January.

Registration for exhibitor space will be offered at the rates listed below.

Prime Space Registration Rates:

- For-Profit Non-Member: $250
- Nonprofit Non-Member: $200
- MLTC Business Member: $200
- MLTC Nonprofit Member: $150

Exhibitors that register before March 11, 2017 (two weeks before the conference) receive an Early Registration discount of $15 off the above rates.

Thirty spaces are available to exhibitors for the above rates. After March 11, 2017, remaining spaces will be made available for free to organizations with conservation or environmental missions on a first-come, first-served basis. To qualify for a free space, please fill out the Exhibitor Registration form (available here) and return to MLTC. MLTC will notify exhibitors, in the order that registration forms are received, that a free space is available after March 11, 2017.
