MA FY2018 Budget Near Final


The Massachusetts Fiscal Year 2018 budget is on its way to being finalized. This budget includes support for the Conservation Land Tax Credit.

Attached is the letter the Green Budget Coalition, which includes Mass Land Trust Coalition, sent to the conference committee of three Reps and three Senators. This committee has been assigned to come up with a budget that is a compromise between the versions passed by the House and Senate earlier.

The conference committee is scheduled to have its first meeting on Monday, June 5th. If one of these legislators represents your district, please consider giving him/her a call today to ask them to support our budget priorities, especially the Land Conservation Tax Credit.
