The mission of the Marblehead Conservancy is to protect, acquire and enhance Marblehead’s natural resources for the
benefit of the community and the generations that follow.
The goals of the Marblehead Conservancy are to:
To protect and preserve the conservation lands in Marblehead, and to encourage public care and stewardship of these areas
To assist landowners to conserve their land, either through encouragement of conservation restriction or through permanent acquisition by the Town, the Conservancy or another land trust
To advocate for the protection of open space, and to inform and educate the public about the value of our open spaces through nature programs, special events, etc.
The Marblehead Conservancy is a private, non-profit organization with 501 (c)(3) status.
