MLCC Conference Exhibitors Invitation

We invite you to exhibit your products and services at the 18th Annual Mass Land Conservation Conference. The conference will be held on Saturday, March 29th at the Worcester Technical High School in Worcester, MA. Our annual conference offers a broad diversity of workshops that attract conservation practitioners from all across Massachusetts, and beyond. This year conference organizers anticipate over 500 participants.

Conference participants look forward to this opportunity to learn more about all aspects of land conservation. Your exhibit is a key component of this extremely informative day. The exhibits will be located in the main entrance of the high school. Workshops will be held in locations on both sides of the exhibition space, so consistent traffic throughout the day is assured.

Door prizes will be given away at the Plenary Session and during lunch. We welcome a donation from you to share with land conservation practitioners. Suggested donations include gift certificates, product samples, books, tools or services. A door prize donation is a great promotional opportunity and can generate new customers.

Please return the exhibitor form by March 10, 2008 with your payment to reserve an exhibit space. Please add an additional $20 late fee for reservations postmarked after March 10. Conference registration for one person is included in your exhibitor registration. Lunch is not included in your exhibitor registration.
